Made to order, not pulled from a shelf
Your piece is produced after you order it, from the text or image you send us. That is why the delivery window is longer than you may be used to, and why we ask you to check your spelling before you buy.
Paper, thread and warm light
Pieces are produced in our workshop and shipped from our warehouse in China, with tracking provided on every order.
Material honesty
We say what a piece is made from. We do not invent materials, finishes or certifications.
Made to order
Personalised pieces are produced after you order them. Nothing is made in advance.

Questions people ask us
How long will my order take?
Your piece is produced to order and takes 3–5 business days. Standard delivery to the United States is 8-15 business days; delivery estimates follow our published shipping policy and exclude customs delays.
What if I spell the custom text wrong?
We engrave or print exactly the characters you send us, so please check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away - an order can only be changed before production has started.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised and made-to-order pieces are typically non-returnable, because they are produced for one person and cannot be resold. If your piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right.
What image quality do you need for printed wall art?
Send the highest-resolution file you have and we will check it before production starts. Small, heavily compressed or screenshotted images cannot be printed sharply.
